“I am humbled and at the same time honoured to be appointed as a Deputy Lieutenant for West Yorkshire and I look forward to serving the community, the King, and the Lord-Lieutenant in his work to champion and support the county and people of West Yorkshire.
I feel privileged to be given a further opportunity to continue my sincere commitment to working with diverse communities and carry on making a difference to society as a whole.
I am also delighted to be able to support my fellow Deputy Lieutenants with the wonderful work already taking place within the communities in West Yorkshire.”
